Policy to support order changes

After successfully placing an order, customers can contact Hotline 0334 255 288 to request the operator to adjust the order or change contact information/delivery address.

Araham supports order change service, specifically:

Small changes are easy to make such as adding notes to dishes and orders

Major changes related to the dish: completely changing a new dish, reducing the number of ordered dishes, major changes in the flavor of the dish, etc. can only be made when the order is in the unfulfilled state.

Changes to the delivery address, delivery time, and consignee details will be made when the order is in the completed status and has not been delivered.

Does a change in order information or delivery information lead to a change in order payment value (including item value and shipping fee):
